• Short intro about themes related to the month's new moon
• Guided meditation to ground and centre ourselves, and to connect with the moon's energy
• Time for reflection, asking our heart some sacred questions/journaling prompt
• Intention setting and meditation ritual to plant those intention/seeds in the soil of our heart
