For the past fourteen years, we have been warmly welcoming people to our unique space to enjoy the peace and tranquillity that this part of Somerset offers.
We are a seasonal business and its is always with excitement that we see the daffodils and hellebores come into full flower. This year we will be reopening on Wednesday 10th April 2024
We are a historic cottage garden in the heart of Mells village, Somerset. Tucked away within ancient monastic walls our delightful rambling garden lets you lose yourself in the tranquillity where you can grab a cup of tea or a pizza from the seasonal outdoor café.

The plant nursery specialises in cottage garden perennials, and herbs Practical gardening workshops and seminars are regularly scheduled throughout the year, as well as a range of other fun events.
The garden is also available for private dry or wet hire for: events, corporate away days, photoshoots email the team for more details

ACCESSIBILITY
The Walled Garden is partially accessible to visitors with mobility impairments.
There are stepped areas to different aspects of the garden but flat access to the cafe is possible from the Tithe Barn car park entrance.
The shale pathways can make it hard going for buggies and wheelchairs.
