We are a historic cottage garden in the heart of Mells village, Somerset. Tucked away amongst the ruins of an old rectory, the grounds are split between a non-profit community nursery and a delightful rambling garden where you can grab a cup of tea or a pizza from the outdoor café and lose yourself in the tranquillity.
The community plant nursery specialises in cottage garden perennials, herbs and seeds. Plant sales support a range of social and therapeutic programs aimed at improving the health and wellbeing of local people, and reducing isolation in the community and beyond. Practical gardening workshops and seminars are regularly scheduled throughout the year, as well as a range of other fun events.
The garden is also available for private dry or wet hire for: events, corporate away days, photoshoots email Sam for more details
