About The Event
Watching wildlife in your garden is a great way of connecting to nature. A garden can be designed to create habitats for birds, bees, butterflies and a variety of reptiles and small mammals. It can still be a beautiful outdoors space for people at the same time. This course explains how the essential needs of wildlife should influence your garden design and takes you through a straightforward process for designing your own wildlife garden.
No less a figure than Sir David Attenborough has said that every garden in Britain must be available to wildlife to prevent further decline in wildlife populations. Public nature reserves and parks aren’t enough. Don’t let him down! Learn how to create your own wildlife garden haven on this half day course.
