How it works...

We welcome you with a drink when you arrive and explain the format of the evening. The ladies will then be asked to make their way to their allocated table dotted around the garden. If its raining we do have some sheltered spaces but if its truely awful weather we will email you and cancel. Once the ladies are seated the gentlemen will be asked to proceed to their first date, a little map of the tables in the garden will help find the tables.

We give 4 minutes to chat to each date and ring a bell when the time is up and gentlemen then move onto the next table and date. At the end of each date you have a brief few moments to make some notes on the person you have just dated. This is something to help jog your memory for the post event matching process the next day.

Half way through the event we will do a comfort break so you can nip to the toilet or top up your drink. Once all the dates are over you can stop and mingle with people, enjoy the garden or head home.  

We have a little online form we ask you to fill in to indicate who you might like to be matched with so don't forget to take your notes home with you and fill it in. We do the matching process the following morning and let you know your matches
