Elisa will guide you through an hour full moon mediation covering:

• Short intro about themes related to the month's full moon
• Guided meditation to ground and centre ourselves and to connect with the moon's energy
• Time for reflection, asking our heart what we are ready to let go of / journaling prompt
• Release ritual through meditation and (if possible) burning of paper
• Space for sharing experiences
