About The Event
This workshop is part of Somerset Skills and Learnings aromatherapy in the gardens series of workshops that they are holding in the lovely environment of Mells Walled Gardens.
Suitable for complete beginners/novices.
This workshop is ideal if you wish to explore how aromatherapy can help support women’s health and wellbeing.
You will be guided to safely use a range of essential oils that have been known to benefit women’s health. Essential oils can work to lift your mood, support hormonal imbalances, ease cramps and soothe hot flushes. These aromatic oils are delicate yet powerful and can be used in a safe way to help support women’s health and wellbeing.
The course covers easy ways to use essential oils safely and effectively within the home, measuring oils and how to dilute safely.
Your tutor will discuss how to use essential oils safely, share health and wellbeing concerns and listen to your experiences with aromatherapy. You will then be invited to try a blend of essential oils with a base cream/oil, to use on yourself within the session.
This is a great way to meet with other women and discuss concerns and views on different conditions and how to treat them.
